Another successful wedding at Augusta Country. The wedding guests did arrive behind schedule. I think the family is just laid back and not concerned with time. The last Huggins wedding was also very late. Food Stations went well. The bars were also very efficient. The plentiful seating was sooo easy to maneuver at this wedding. Jack, Jami, and myself worked the back stations bussing and clearing since we were a little short on staff. Bride and Groom were super happy and the guests had a blast!

Presidents cup day 1. We came set up for success with the breakfast buffet ready togo. Slow start but once the golfers started to come in, we were moving. Mostly clearing plates and getting drinks. All went well for breakfast. Lunch was dead. Slow afternooon as well. No issues. KRS

Not too crazy of a night. We saw maybe half of the players and their wives. The Meybohms came in around 5:40, and were unaware of the buffet, so they left for dinner elsewhere. Mrs. Garrett and her friend decided the buffet was fine, and joined us for dinner. I think to draw a bigger crowd next year, the wives dinner should be included in the playing price. Maybe even having some alcohol included would draw a bigger crowd. No issues to report.

This event was held in the Lounge. Strange lunch for this group. It seemed that a few things that were expected weren't fully communicated with us/Jami. We ended up not really serving from the bar, instead making an assortment of wines and beers to pass during their interview/cocktail time. We were told they may sit for lunch at 12:45-1 but then the host came around to ask us for salads a bit before 12:45. With them being short 5 guests, it just so happened that none of the allergies or special meals were present No other issues

Extremely busy Sunday Night! We were busy out the gate with the couples tournament dining downstairs as soon as service started. We were also joined by a 25 top for Mrs. Engler served by Kyli. They said everything was amazing. We also were joined by most of our Sunday regulars including the Bedders, the Perottas and the Owens. We also had a fairly long pasta line for most of the night. However, the membership was extremely understanding and everyone said the service was amazing. The team did an absolutely wonderful job as always. No issues to report.

Nice little breakfast for these folks this morning. They took some time getting settled and around 11:45 went through the buffet quickly. Everyone chatted while Kevin, Shannon, and Khoris stayed on top of clearing and checking in. We took some family pictures for them and they went on their way. No issues

Steady Saturday night! We had a small drinking crowd prior to dinner service to watch the USC football game. We were then joined by the Stocks, who grabbed dinner and ate at the TH fireplace. We also had a 14 top in the founders room for Mrs. Heigle's birthday, served by Shawn. We gave them a complimentary glass of champagne at the start of the dinner. They were extremely happy and had nothing but great things to say when leaving. During service we did have a bit of a hiccup due to the unexpected rain. We had about 6 tables dining on the patio when the rain came down. However, we were able to get everyone seated quickly and all food/drinks made their way inside as well. The team did a wonderful job as always. No issues to report.

Slow day. Most of our regular lunch crowd was upstairs with the Exchange Club lunch. The french dip was well liked. Golf wasn't much to speak off as far as crowds. A short lived card game was the big part of the evening. A 10 top of late golfers came in. Some ate. No issues. KRS

Slower lunch for the day. We did have a pop at the end of lunch when the aga groups came in. Most ordered some food. After that were slow. As The AGA meeting time approached, members began to gather. Room emptyed at 5:30. Their meeting lasted much longer than we thought. They came down at 7:45. Room filled and we grabbed drinks for all. They loved the prime rib. Lots of compliments. Card games broke out. The bulk of the group was gone around 10 leaving about a 15 people. Once it got down to just few, levon took over. Team did great. No issues. KRS

Fairly Busy Wednesday Night! We started off dinner service early with the AU Golf team dining with us. We were also joined by most of our usual Wednesday crowd including the Perotta's, the Owens, and the McCrary's. They all said the food and service was wonderful. We also were joined by Mr. Malzer for a birthday party served by Jackey. They also said everything was great. The restaurant then slowed down around 7:00. However, we had a large rush due to the AGA meeting in the ballroom. We had more tables then expected with about 30-40 AGA members eating and drinking in TH. Our lasts guests were the Hunters who enjoyed some drinks at the bar before leaving around 10:30. The team did an amazing job tonight, with lots of compliments from the membership. No issues to report.

Iris GC (18ppl) was held in the Ridgely today. Shannon and Khoris did great as always keeping up with the ladies. They added on a vegetarian entree in addition to the no salt meal, which was executed easily. Azalea (26) was in the Lounge. They were supposed to have a non-alcoholic sparkling but we could not find it/it didn't arrive; we used the one leftover sparkling rose and all was well. The gluten free entree and dessert went out as planned and the ladies enjoyed their lunch on the patio with no issues. The toothpicks they brought had glitter all over them so we didn't put them in the ice cream, just set them on the side of the liner plate. Bulbs & Borders (35) were in the Wallace House. They also enjoyed lunch as usual. They wanted to go early at 11:45 so we preset their gazpacho right before they officially sat down for lunch. No issues

Another Augusta Bar on the books. A few people were quite excited about the emergency-random assortment of dessert :). We boxed the speaker's food up as usual and they didn't hang around for long at all, heading out before 2:00. We also had 3 surprise veggie entrees we accommodated.
