The Report
Another Augusta Bar on the books. A few people were quite excited about the emergency-random assortment of dessert :). We boxed the speaker's food up as usual and they didn't hang around for long at all, heading out before 2:00. We also had 3 surprise veggie entrees we accommodated.

Cook Fam Breakfast
Nice little breakfast for these folks this morning. They took some time getting settled and around 11:45 went through the buffet quickly. Everyone chatted while Kevin, Shannon, and Khoris stayed on top of clearing and checking in. We took some family pictures for them and they went on their way. No issues

SDC Dinner & Drinks
Small, simple dinner service tonight. We pushed back the 7:30 start time per the host so that she could wait on some of the stragglers. We only had 11 when they sat, with one more gentleman arriving a little later. Alexis and Marrissa stayed on top of drinks during service as well. No issues

AGA Meeting
Everything went well. They did however take over the Ridgley Room for voting purposes. They raved about the quick and efficient service. In the future we should get the tablet to put in drink orders instead of using a ton of tickets.

GA Profits
This event took place on the lounge. Tonight was a little chaotic because of AGA. The gentlemen started a little later tonight because some of the members were in AGA meeting and the voting took a little longer than normal.

Garden Clubs
Iris GC (18ppl) was held in the Ridgely today. Shannon and Khoris did great as always keeping up with the ladies. They added on a vegetarian entree in addition to the no salt meal, which was executed easily.
Azalea (26) was in the Lounge. They were supposed to have a non-alcoholic sparkling but we could not find it/it didn't arrive; we used the one leftover sparkling rose and all was well. The gluten free entree and dessert went out as planned and the ladies enjoyed their lunch on the patio with no issues. The toothpicks they brought had glitter all over them so we didn't put them in the ice cream, just set them on the side of the liner plate.
Bulbs & Borders (35) were in the Wallace House. They also enjoyed lunch as usual. They wanted to go early at 11:45 so we preset their gazpacho right before they officially sat down for lunch. No issues
