Wallace Group
Solid Wallace Group tonight. We finished dinner service in under an hour and once dessert dropped, most of the gentlemen headed out. Temps were all accurate to seating as well. No issues

Augusta Bar
Augusta Bar went well as always. Jake assisted them with some AV trouble in the beginning (user error) and we had salads/desserts preset right before 12:30 arrival. No issues!

Quick and easy bday brunch for Mary-Louise Hagler today. Everything went well and on time; Tiffany and Claude stood behind the buffet and helped serve it per her request and mimosas were passed throughout. No issues were communicated!

Pancake Invitational Reception
Great reception. We had our first guests arrive by 6, with most of them arriving around the 6:45 mark. Khoris and Alexis handled the bar extremely well with absolutely no wait times. Multiple members including Mr. Bird and Mr. Cunningham said everything was great. The last guests left at approximately 9:15. The team did a wonderful job as always. No issues to report.

Mayson + Arnett Rehearsal
Busy busy night for us at the Wallace House. Everyone arrived about 30 minutes early but sat for dinner almost 30 minutes late.
They absolutely killed the buffet. We would have benefitted from having backup bowls/plates/etc. I think the stations were a bit silly and caused chaos for no reason. Staff stayed on the floor and made it work as always
Once we finally got around to cutting cake (they did not do the picture until after speeches so we had to rush and get cake served at 8:15-8:30 before the post-toast started) we realized that it was genuinely only big enough for about 20 people....
Not really important but I am totally a wizard and did the craziest surgery on that cake to stretch it for about 45 pieces (your welcome)
We offered Velvet Hammers to those who did not get cake before anyone else, but I don't think anyone really noticed or cared.
All-in-all nothing really went on time for this group but I spoke with Mr. Mayson many times throughout the night and he was super super happy the whole time
