Rick Romeus 73 covers Sunny
The Report
it was a pretty busy night at Bon Air with a total of 73 covers. We had a good amount of big groups tonight such as the badger’s and McDaniels. Smashburgers were a hit along with the weekly bowl and hand breaded tenders. It was very helpful tonight having an expo and two people as food runners / DRA’s, keep the flow going and helped the restaurant not look as cluttered after a huge rush. No issues or problems at to report. Overall great night!!

Solid steady night at bon air! With 54 covers, everything sat inside because of the cold weather so we were pretty full in the building. The bowl and special were very popular with the sushi roll selling out!! Jordan from titleholders came to join us for bartender training and was a huge help! Other than that, no issues or problems at all. It was a great day and all members were full and happy. Kevin from men’s grill heard members in MG talk about how great the Bon air is and how the food is exceptional, so that was great to hear!

Slow steady night for Bon air. Total of 56 covers, we had an early start of people arriving at 4:45. We were able to start service a little earlier and accommodate our members. The weekly specials were once again a hit as well as the smashburger. Other than that, no issues or problems to report. Great service and great food

Pretty steady and consistent day for a Wednesday at the Bon Air. With a total of 63 covers, we had our normal regulars come in along with the tennis clinic. Specials did well today and were on top with the best seller smash burger. Other than that, nothing crazy to report. Kids got a little too rowdy for a second (throwing stuff, screaming, running under peoples tables) but it got tame a little bit after that. Great shift!

Tonight was a semi busy night for Bon Air. Normally we are super busy but I guess the sunny hot weather was not bringing them in. With a total of 41 covers we had our normal crowd and some new faces as well. There was slight issues between FOH and BOH with messed up orders and miscommunication. A few orders were coming out incorrect, Gould Hagler received a to go order that was completely wrong and he drove to Bon Air with the wrong order to asked for a refund. I apologized and voided the order for him. The server, Dylan, had correctly put in the order but there was confusion with this particular ticket and then a solo to go order ticket. Overall, I am ensuring there will be better communication for both sides. Other than that, members were happy and it was a great night with no other issues to report.

Tonight was an especially busy evening at Bon Air, with many of our regular members coming in to dine with their families and children. We experienced a large wave of guests arriving around the same time, which created a brief period where the dining room and kitchen were moving at a very fast pace. Despite the sudden volume, the team stayed focused and worked together to keep service running smoothly. Communication between the front-of-house and kitchen staff was strong, allowing us to manage orders efficiently and keep tables turning. The presence of many families added to the lively atmosphere, and it was great to see so many of our members enjoying time together. Although the rush created a hectic stretch for a bit, the staff handled it well and kept a positive attitude throughout the night. Service recovered quickly, and we were able to maintain good timing and quality for the remainder of the evening. Overall, it was a successful night. Every member was taken care of, and guests left happy, satisfied, and full. Great teamwork from everyone involved.
