The Report
Pretty solid dinner tonight. Founders room had a great night celebrating! We were also joined by Sasnett and friends to celebrate Richard's birthday. We started them off with a couple bottles of champagne from the club for the table! Exciting news, Gary Trammell came in tonight. It was very good to see him with his usual Thursday group. Overall a great night!
Issues
The table for the Sasnetts had a few things that were missed. We got everything fixed as quickly as we could, and offered velvet hammers for the trouble. They seemed happy when they left, and did not voice any complaints.
Mrs. Given complained about it being too cold in the restaurant. Table 1 wanted the patio doors open during their dinner, and she complained about that as well. She proceeded to turn the temperature up to 78 degrees. Immediately after, Valentine turned it back down to 70. Mrs. Given began harassing Valentine about why she did so. Staff then went and got Cory who spoke to her. We offered to turn the fireplace on for Mrs. Given, but told her she needed to stop touching the thermostat and that unfortunately we cannot make everyone happy with the temperature of the restaurant. She then asked to speak to the GM.

Fairly Busy Wednesday Night! We started off dinner service early with the AU Golf team dining with us. We were also joined by most of our usual Wednesday crowd including the Perotta's, the Owens, and the McCrary's. They all said the food and service was wonderful. We also were joined by Mr. Malzer for a birthday party served by Jackey. They also said everything was great. The restaurant then slowed down around 7:00. However, we had a large rush due to the AGA meeting in the ballroom. We had more tables then expected with about 30-40 AGA members eating and drinking in TH. Our lasts guests were the Hunters who enjoyed some drinks at the bar before leaving around 10:30. The team did an amazing job tonight, with lots of compliments from the membership. No issues to report.
