The Report
very busy patio day. it was completely full by 12:45pm. we had a good bit of tables in the bar as well. 2 bridge groups came down from ladies lounge, Jackey took care of both. we did have members sit without checking in but Dena kept a good watch for that and got every table assigned. things moved quickly and Kevin and I helped in every capacity of service. staff did a great job with being double to triple sat at times. the wait time was about 15 mins but we pushed through it
Issues
-the black top in the kitchen went out and it delayed entrees for about 20 mins. we let all tables know to expect an extended wait.
-jane Barrett and friends had played in the ladies lounge and hassled Jackey about free desserts or left over desserts from gov ball to be given. they also were upset their food wasn't out when they walked down. we explain there was a mishap in the kitchen and it would be out shortly.
-86 salmon didnt sit well with Mr. bell initially but he ordered a shrimp Caesar
