We’re back in business after a long week of hurricane HELENE aftermath! buffet for lunch , we did 24 covers for buffet ; salad bar included . super slow but more than we expected . We also did quite a few to go orders . Members to dine in include the Jeffcoats, Mrs sacked and Krouse, Thomas welsh family, and the Picketts nobissues today

Overall a great night not too busy a good crowd for the Georgia game then it died down pretty quick afterwards.

much better turn out today for the Helene buffet. we had quite a few to go orders, the Thurman had lunch today in the bar. we had a few ladies from tennis in, delappe, ashmore, blaney, and badger. the wards , christmans, and mr allen had lunch on the terrace. another tennis group, hull, claussen, and harley. Mr. Mcdaniel and Tracey Campbell had lunch at the bar. smooth shift again . no issues

First night back went well! Staff did great for service and we were able to accommodate all tables that came in! Good to back to regular service and no issues to report

surprisingly slower buffet today. mrs. krouse and mrs. sancken had lunch and played cards again. Mr Neel had a solo lunch on the patio. the gilliam's enjoyed the buffett. no issues. quick break down and staff were done by 245pm.
