The Report
The Iris ladies had another good garden club meeting. All went according to plan; the special meal went out just fine and service started on time. Kevin and Jesse manned this one with no issues

60th Birthday Drop-in
Today we had a birthday drop in hosted my Mrs. Thigpen. She was very pleased with all of the decoration, and the overall set up of the event. All guests arrived at 2 pm promptly and immediately ate the food. She also brought a cake which we cut in the back and passed out at 2:40. Mrs. Hagler was extremely happy as were all of the attendees. The team also did a great job making sure the room was tidy at all times, and were able to also set up a coffee station for the President's cup sign in before the event began.

Boutwell Bridesmaids Luncheon
The host arrived about an hour early for setup and we assisted when needed, putting out bud vases, etc. They were super timely with arrival and service. We had desserts cleared only about 30-40 minutes after dropping entrees. Staff did a great job staying proactive

Exchange Club
The first Exchange Club since we started salads that we actually sent some out! We had 3 total. Other than that, everything was pretty standard. They didn't have a speaker today as this was one of their business meetings so we were asked to make sure all the loggia and ballroom doors were closed once they went into talking. No issues

Valentines Dinner
Another great Valentines Dinner on the books! Tiffany, Shawn, Morgan and Kevin did a great job with service as always. Tons of compliments on the food, atmosphere and staff from the membership.
Everyone was very timely and we were able to get everyone sat almost as soon as they walked through the door.
Dianne Litchfield (F0306) and party did not show.

Piedmont Volunteer Board Meeting
Everything went well considering the near distracting neediness level of this group. Staff accommodated as much as possible and got the courses out in a timely manner. We waited for one of the hosts to let us know when they were ready for us to serve, as they weren't quite certain about the timeline. They were pretty in and out after their meeting. No issues!

Camilla GC/Heritage GC
Jake took care of both of these groups with a small team.
Camilla was in the PDR and Heritage was held in the Ridgely. Both groups went off on time and staff juggled the timelines exceptionally.
Taylor and Dallah cocktailed drinks for the ladies in the PDR from the Lounge bar. They didn't quite bite at first but once lunch began, they started ordering drinks.
The hostess for Heritage ended up nixing all of the AV and the podium.
