Slow Tuesday night. We were joined by the klacsmann family who dined on the Terrace, they were taken care of by Brandon. They had a great time celebrating a reunion and enjoyed several desserts with a wonderful compliment on the halibut. Mr. And Ms. Ruben sat in front of the fireplace while Mr Overstreets group enjoyed apps, dinner and dessert. Frank Gibbs and family sat at table 60. Kimberly Lewis and group enjoyed the halibut and daily bowl. The halibut was very popular tonight. We sold five of those, six daily bowls and two of the ribeye. All the servers did a wonderful job prebussing their tables. Ive been trying to express how important that is for the member experience. The DRAs were able to clear everything from each table in one trip, with one tray or less. Let's keep it up. The DRAs also collected all the pepper and salt shakers to be cleaned and refilled in the morning.

Steady Friday night considering the weather. All of our reservations were in by 7, but in the midst of that was the pre-game for the Morris Gala downtown. The crowd stayed until about 7:30. The Maunds enjoyed a little cocktail hour before dining with their family in the dining room. The Foushee’s hosted a group of guests. We celebrated Dan Weigle and Mrs. Boardmans birthdays tonight! No issues to report.
