Slow start to the day, but no issues according to Jake and the opening team; they did 24 covers for lunch. We had Pizza Night set and ready to go on time, and had a smaller crown than usual, with 33 covers from the buffet and 5 whole pies. No issues!

Interesting Wednesday! We were very slow for the first half of the day with 54 covers, pretty spread out through lunch. We had pizza night ready more than early enough, and we ended up with 50 covers from the buffet and 9 whole pies. Our first busy night we've had in a while with plenty of people (mostly kids) biting at Bingo. The bar some some pretty good action as well SH: 2,059.91 Bar: 399.82

Happy first Cookout day of July. We were pretty steady for lunch with 64 covers. We had a huge storm roll in right after the buffet was all set, and it continued to storm all night, but that didn't stop anyone from coming. We did 41 covers from the buffet. Mrs. Jones', Sweeting, and Bowers and some guests even stayed for a game of late-night Mahjong... SH: 2,395.43 Bar: 124.27
