The Report
Holiday hump day tournament. Shotgun start. Bar got a hit before tee time. Lunch for the players was at the hwh. Lunch in the mg was slow as expected. We had the food station set and ready by 2:30. Room filled up after the tournament. There was an AGA drop in party this evening as well. The hump day reception was affected by that. We were done by 630. A few folks stuck around for dinner. Room was empty before 830. All went well. No issues. KRS

Aga holiday dog fight. Around 64 players. Steady breakfast. Players began showing up around an hour to 30 minutes before their tee times. Mid day was slow. Levon left due to illness. Leo was a sport and stayed tp cover the shift. Dog fight filled half the room. Many ordered wings. The room dwindled down to a table or 2 by 5. No issues. KRS

Slower due to windy day. AGA had around 20 players dispite the weather conditions. Nothing much for lunch. Card players had a game while golfers returned after play. Not many stayed. No issues. KRS

Slower lunch than expected. "Warmer weather" today brought us more golfers then earlier this week. Service went well. Card players gathered after lunch. Golf groups made their way in. No issues. KRS

New lunch menu. Not a super busy Wednesday but still an ok turn out. New items sold were meatball sub, country fried steak and the pork belly wrap. Food was well received. The pickled ginger was mentioned as a bit much on the pork belly but the rest of the wrap was liked. We sold a couple of country fried steaks through the day and more gravey was requested a few times. Maybe add a small ramakin of gravey on the side with the plated meal? Golfers came and went. Aga mostly had soup when they arived. Dinner went well. A few tables and togos along side our card players. The lamb was well liked as was the cfs but more gravey was wanted from what went out on the plate. Over all no issues. KRS
