The Report
Pretty steady night! The beginning of the shift filled the patio up most tables wanted to sit in the nice weather we had today! From there we had lots of families come in and join us! So another successful 2-4-1 night! Lots of compliments of service, we may have a little backed up but it didn’t show we were able to push through the rush successfully! Great teamwork between the kitchen and front of house staff getting food out, bartenders kept busy throughout the night but with the help of myself and Joe we got caught up and restocked to keep the flow going!
Issues
A table of ladies (Hagler, Palmer, Hughes) had some burgers that came out wrong originally they were upset but we realized they had just gotten a little swapped around and everything seemed fine after that!

The Hitchcock's and Lee's had their families together on the patio. Mr. Merry treated his mom to a cocktail hour in the nice weather, and dinner later on. He loved the catch tonight. The Vaughns and Dolynuiks joined us as usual. Everyone worked together great tonight. We sold 39 catches, 27 specials, and 8 bowls. No issues to report.

Very busy for a Tuesday night. Patio season has started; almost everyone sat on the patio outside of the families in the dining room. We were pretty slow until right around 7 when Marvin Brown's 22 top showed up, about 40 adults and kids walked in at once after a play at an elementary school, and the mahjong ladies sat all at once. We got everyone served promptly. The Perottas dined outside just the two of them. Their dinner went great. He even asked me to tell the kitchen that the cheddar bratwurst soup was amazing. Unfortunately, with the influx of salads, their dessert took about 25 minutes to come out. We boxed it for them like they asked, and when I brought it out they were gone. We will do something special for them next time they come in. That was the only issue on the night; everyone else had a great dinner. The specials sold well; 9 catches, 2 specials, 4 apps.
