Jake Abrahani 155 covers Mixed - Rain and Sunny
The Report
Great Lobster Night! We started off the night with over 100 covers. We were joined by most of our regulars including the Smith's, the Jone's and the Dolynuicks. We also were joined by Glass family for her daughter's birthday served by Amanda, and they said everything was amazing. Mr. Duncan also joined us in the founders room for dinner and he also said everything was great. The team did a wonderful job as always.
Issues
H. Allen's (0010) bill showed the total for the table, and he was confused about what that meant. So, Savannah originally went to the table to try to explain to him why the bill said that. However, he was extremely rude and told her that she should no longer manage at the club if she cant provide a simple explanation, and he also said that she was the reason the restaurant's service has been declining. Afterwards, I went to the table to explain to him how our system worked and he seemed appeased but then proceeded to disrespect Savannah further and was just all around being extremely rude.

Steady pasta night. We had 86 on the books to start including the 17 in the lounge. We got them started upstairs with preset salads and appetizers as they arrived. Mr Engler and his son ate downstairs instead of upstairs with the girls. The Haskins, Bentleys, and Mrs. Turnage all had larger parties. The Woods were without the Davidsons tonight. The Mays enjoyed dinner in a booth. Mr. Manton brought his son and some of his friends for pasta. No issues to report.

Not very many on the books to start with, but we had a little pop right around 6:30. The Lopezs and another couple grabbed a cocktail before heading elsewhere for dinner. The Mcdonough family joined us as usual. Mrs. Pinson and her two daughters dined outside. Mrs. Strong and her family had a nice meal in the dining room. A few groups were brave enough to sit outside. No issues to report. 4 surf and turf; 8 bowls.

Great 2 for 1 Thursday! We started off the night with about 60 reservations, and it was a fairly steady night overall. We had the Abbott's, the Dolynuicks, and the Hunter's all got the 2 for 1's tonight and they all said it was delicious. We also had an 8 top in the founders room for the Aquinas Auction dinner winners. They were served by Tori and they all said they had a wonderful time. The team did a great job as always. No issues to report.

Very dreary night. We started with 94 on the books and didn't have too many walk-ins. The Perry's in the Founders room were only 14 instead of 16. They asked about an extra lobster, but we didn't have any. They enjoyed service and dinner anyways. The Magruder and Laniers dined in the dining room. The Pendergrass' celebrated their daughters birthday. No issues to report.
