The Report
lunch was steady. the day started out sunny and quickly changed to rain. Mr. Harpley and family had lunch in the bar. his son LOVED the chicken sliders. Mrs. Carlson who lunch with her grand daughter . they started in the bar near the fireplace but moved to the dining room because of the noise from the large parties in the bar. speaking of large parties, Mrs. Owen had a 14 top rsvp for Mrs. boardman and Mrs. eaves birthdays today. they even had table 71/72 decorated by a party planner. They had a total of 3 bottles of billecart-salmon 2 which were gifts from Mrs. Morris who could not join and Mr. Eaves called TH to have the other sent to the table for his wife. There was another birthday celebration happening for Mrs. Thompson at table 75/76. they were a 7 top and said Shawn did a great job. There were a total of 4 groups of bridge ladies playing in the ladies lounge today. they wanted to eat in the lounge but because we were short staffed we couldn't adequately accommodate them. Mrs. Palmer group dined at table 62. Mr. Parham, his fiancée and a guest had lunch and a bottle of chandon. although we had 1 DRA , our food runner was very new (2nd shift) and our TH bartender got pulled to help in MG. TH staff and management did a great job helping one another
Issues
Judge Allen came in with his wife and had a few complaints. he didnt like that there was no booth in the bar available and that no one sat in the dining room to eat " where they should be eating". he also didnt like that he had to walk from the front host stand to the bar to check in . someone should be on both host stands. they quietly and quickly ate lunch and left
Improvements
The cake plate Mrs. boardman and friends misplaced a few weeks has been found. i found it in the silver room near the candles

A typical slow Friday breakfast. Miss Ferguson got the breakfast buffet to go. Mr. And Ms. Hull enjoyed their breakfast together as well as mitz Litchfield and Miss Smith. They all dimed in the bar area and we're taking care of by S hawn. Issac our new food runner did a wonderful job keeping up with the buffet and will be a great addition to the Friday morning team. Great night in TH. We were joined the the Barton family in the Founders room to celebrate a 17th birthday. They were taken care of by Shawn. The Moodys sat at table 60 and we had a great conversation about family and raising boys. They also got a kick out of watching Kevin and staff try to figure out a water issue in the bar area. Kirk arrived quickly and realized we had a leak in the bar dishwasher. Everyone were full of compliments on regards to how quickly we got that taken care of. Mr and Mrs Blanchard sat in front of the fireplace. Mr Reuben, Rabbi, Harrison and Dr Servie sat at 22. Mr Reuben had a few martinis, we all kept a watchful eye on him. Joey was their server
