Steady night at BAK! Outside filled up quick with the nice weather, and the overflow sat inside. All sections got some love tonight. The Lopez's, Lists, Hardys, and Dudleys were among some of the frequent flyers. Then we had some first timers as well: Mrs. Mckenzie and her son and the Browns. They thought it was great! We cleared out around 7:20, and then the Stewarts came in with a 4 top at 7:50. Lovely! No issues to report. 3 specials, 1 bowl, 2 weekly cocktails.

Tonight was a pretty steady night with 40 covers. Our best seller tonight was the smash burger, but the Pho Daily Bowl was our second best seller. Every person that ordered it was extremely impressed and loved it. I believe that it should be on the menu as a staple if it is consistently popular throughout the week. Other than that, no issues or concerns.

Today at Bon Air was steady but slow. We had a total of 45 covers with returning families and new comers as well. The Ashmores celebrated their daughter’s birthday and was pleased with the food and service. There were no problems or issues tonight. But, things that members have come to me about throughout the week was the idea of getting a fence to keep the children enclosed and away from the tennis courts/bbq pits. Another thing that keeps getting brought up is the idea of us either being open on Tuesdays or Saturdays. Other than that, nothing put great things from the members about Bon Air.

Tonight at Bon Air was surprisingly slower than expected. People strangled in throughout the night with 29 covers. I assume it was because of the weather but other than that, no issues or problems.

Today was again a busy day with 62 covers with no issues or problems. We started the day with a 15 top outside and followed many more to where the patio was completely full. Other than that, no issues or problems. Solid dinner service

Thursday dinner service at Bon Air was another busy great night. We had a surprise birthday party for the Helton family and it went extremely well. The high top side was taken over and we created a buffet style food service for them and received amazing compliments and praise for the organization and execution. There were no problems or issues throughout the night and was overall a great time.
