The Report
The crowd started to roll in around 6:45 and had a cocktail hour. The coordinator for the event (not Dr. Henson) questioned the 2 spicy shrimp and 2 pimento cheese apps, claiming to have asked for 4 of each plus 4 brussels sprouts app that we don't have. I got her settled on okra apps, and she was fine with that. They sat for dinner around 7:30. We got salads up and dropped shortly after. I figured out prior to them sitting who the vegetarian was, but as we were dropping everyone else's food, one lady turned the pecan chicken away as she is gluten free. We went downstairs and started working on a gnocchi on the fly for her. We offered strawberry ice cream for dessert. 14 got the icecream and 2 got velvet hammers. Everyone seemed happy and to have enjoyed themselves.

Al Fresco Wine Dinner
For the report I will be using bullet points. \*Guests arrived a little early, but the bar was ready. They also sat on time for dinner with the exception of the McKnights who were late. \*Dinner service was very swift throughout all the courses. There was a lag with dessert service because we had so many to go boxes to do for the guests. I told staff to personally box their leftovers and to not let the members do it themselves. We probably easily boxed up 10 or more steaks before the dessert course. \*The last couple stayed a little late but all was well.

Forrester Chefs Table
This event was held in the Loggia Amazing weather for Mr. Forrester and his guests on the back patio tonight. He arrived early and said that everything looked amazing. They weren't heavy drinkers by any means but Jake and Stephen stayed on top of wine service throughout regardless. Staff did amazing as always and they kill these wine dinners every single time. Absolutely no hiccups except for the bread situation

Augusta Bar
As far as service goes with this, staff did great with the circumstances provided. They were almost 10 people over on the count after we had adjusted the room from 85 to 45 as soon as we got in this morning. We inevitably had to add extra seats, making some of the 5ft rounds 10 and 11 tops. Because of this we ended up using both the fish and chicken for the extra guests, and Jake and Khoris were able to secure some sorbets just in case they wanted dessert (since we were short) Everyone left happy!

Caison Oyster Roast
This event was held in the Lounge/Veranda/Loggia. Everything was set and 100% ready to go before even the early-comers and hosts arrived. One thing that's been helping us for cocktail parties of this size is having a few wrapped tray jacks and trays placed around the room. Near the beginning of the event, Marquitta, Stephen and I spoke with Kate Bailey to check in and she mentioned the hostess wanted mini hot dogs as well; "like how they had at Gov Ball". Chris and the kitchen team halved all the hot dogs afterwards. The oysters went fast once everyone was comfortable to start going through the buffet. Since they only ordered 100 we removed the table as a whole once the oysters were gone. The toast went off well and the party seemed to simmer down greatly afterwards. Everything went well as a whole! Staff killed it staying on the floor clearing and checking in on the bars.
