Dr Jeffcoat had a lot to complain about to today . I spoke with him numerous times and he spoke with Joe as well . his complaints were that he was in a rush, Joe knew by text message thathe was coming and that he sat for more than 10 minutes and no one served him and that it was the hostess fault . I went back and time stamped everything . Within 6minutes he was checked in , sat and given menus water and bread and was greeted by Jessica. He also complained that 6 employees (2bartenders, 2 DRAs, 1 hostess) were standing near the door while waiting and one of them . I explained our process and each staff member position. He took pictures of staff which did upset everyone , he insured on talking to Joe who informed him was not in the building yet . to add fuel to his fire his burger was well done when he wanted medium rare . I did remove from his ticket , because he didn’t have time to wait for it to be remade . He also stated no one like to come here because it takes an hour for a burger , when he received his about 20 minutes after he was sat .
